Store'lar, temanın global durumunu (sepet, müşteri, sayfa bilgisi) yöneten MobX tabanlı singleton yapılardır. Store'lara `IkasBaseStore.getInstance()` üzerinden erişilir; sepet ve müşteri store'ları bu instance'ın `cartStore` ve `customerStore` field'larında bulunur.
